ILLUMI CORP / NUO (“ILLUMI CORP,” “NUO,” “Company,” “we,” “us”) respects the confidentiality of information provided by users. This Policy explains what information may be retained, how it may be used and under what circumstances it may be disclosed.
1. Information We Retain
ILLUMI CORP may retain names, usernames, email addresses, profile information, membership information, communications, comments, photographs, videos, documents and other materials voluntarily submitted by users.
Technical information including IP addresses, device information, browser information, session records, visited pages and connection data may also be recorded.
Such information may be used for operation of the service, account administration, technical continuity, archival purposes and protection of ILLUMI CORP's legitimate corporate interests.

ILLUMI CORP determines the technical methods used to organize, process and retain information stored within its systems.
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary. Where deletion is not legally required, ILLUMI CORP may determine appropriate retention periods.

When a person provides their name, photograph, video, username, testimonial or other material specifically for advertising, promotional, publication or social-media purposes, ILLUMI CORP may use that material for such purposes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the submitting person grants ILLUMI CORP a worldwide, royalty-free right to publish, display, reproduce, edit, crop, resize, translate and redistribute such material.
Promotional materials may appear on ILLUMI CORP websites, social-media accounts, advertisements, digital publications and promotional campaigns.
Private materials not submitted for publication are not automatically treated as promotional materials merely because they were transmitted to ILLUMI CORP.
7. Public Content
Information voluntarily published in public profiles, comments, posts or community areas may be visible to other users and visitors.
8. Retention
ILLUMI CORP may retain information for account administration, archives, service continuity, administrative records, financial records, contractual matters and other legitimate corporate purposes.
Closing an account does not necessarily require immediate deletion of every record where continued retention is permitted or required.
9. User Rights
Users may exercise privacy rights granted by mandatory law in their jurisdiction.
ILLUMI CORP reserves the right to retain records where continued retention is legally permitted or required.
10. Confidentiality and Corporate Protection
ILLUMI CORP seeks to keep private information confidential and protected from unauthorized public disclosure.
Nothing in this Policy requires ILLUMI CORP to disclose confidential internal systems, corporate records, proprietary information or legally protected material.
11. Changes
ILLUMI CORP may update this Policy as its services, corporate structure or applicable legal requirements change.
Updated versions become effective upon publication unless mandatory law requires additional notice or consent.
