ILLUMINATI NUO — PAYMENT & NO REFUND POLICY

This Payment & No Refund Policy applies to purchases, memberships, subscriptions, digital content, premium access, archive access, virtual products and other paid services offered through ILLUMINATI NUO.
By completing a payment, the user acknowledges that they are responsible for reviewing the product, service, price and access conditions before purchasing.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Except where mandatory applicable law expressly requires otherwise, all completed purchases made through ILLUMINATI NUO are considered:
FINAL SALES.
NO REFUNDS.
A change of mind, failure to use the service, dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference, accidental selection of the wrong package, failure to access an account due to circumstances attributable to the user, device incompatibility or deciding to stop using the platform does not automatically create a right to a refund.
2. DIGITAL CONTENT AND IMMEDIATE ACCESS
Many products and services offered by ILLUMINATI NUO may be delivered digitally or made available immediately after payment.
These may include premium archives, membership areas, digital files, videos, documents, images, publications, membership privileges and other online materials.
By completing a qualifying purchase, the user requests that digital access or performance begin immediately where applicable.
Once digital access has been provided or performance of the service has begun, no refund will be provided unless a refund is required by mandatory applicable law.
3. NO REFUND POLICY
Our general payment rule is simple:
ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN COMPLETED, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
Failure to use purchased access does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
ILLUMINATI NUO is not required to issue discretionary refunds where no mandatory legal refund right applies.
4. MEMBERSHIPS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Membership and subscription fees are charged according to the price displayed during purchase.
Where recurring billing is clearly disclosed, the user authorizes payments according to the applicable billing cycle.
Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically reverse or refund charges already incurred.
Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation affects future renewals rather than completed billing periods.
5. UNUSED ACCESS
Failure to log in, view content, use membership privileges or otherwise take advantage of purchased access does not automatically entitle a user to a refund.
Users are responsible for making use of the access they purchase.
6. PRICING AND CURRENCY
ILLUMINATI NUO may change prices for future purchases at any time.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, subsequent price changes do not retroactively alter completed transactions.
Currency conversion costs, bank fees and payment-provider charges may be governed by the user's bank, card issuer or payment provider.
7. PAYMENT COMPLETION
A purchase is completed once successful payment confirmation is received.
Where a payment is declined, reversed or otherwise unsuccessful, ILLUMINATI NUO may withhold or terminate access to the corresponding paid service.
8. INCORRECT PURCHASES
Users must review the product name, price, membership tier, description and purchase conditions before confirming payment.
Purchasing the wrong product, membership level or access option through user error does not normally qualify for a refund.
9. DUPLICATE OR TECHNICALLY INCORRECT CHARGES
This No Refund Policy is not intended to retain money collected solely because of a genuine payment-processing error.
If the same transaction is accidentally charged more than once, or another genuine technical billing error occurs, the user may contact us for review.
Where our records confirm an erroneous or duplicate charge, an appropriate correction may be made.
This exception does not create a general refund right for valid purchases.
10. PAYMENT DISPUTES
Users experiencing a genuine billing problem are encouraged to contact ILLUMINATI NUO so the transaction can be reviewed.
Where a payment is reversed or invalidated, associated memberships, digital access or privileges may also be suspended or removed.
11. ACCOUNT CLOSURE
Voluntarily closing an account does not automatically create a right to refunds for previous purchases.
Likewise, where access is restricted because of a violation of platform rules, payments for services already supplied are not automatically refundable unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
12. PLATFORM CHANGES
ILLUMINATI NUO may update its platform, interface, content organization and technical features over time.
Personal dissatisfaction solely because of design or interface changes does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
13. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Discounts and promotional prices apply only according to their stated terms.
If a product is discounted after a user has already purchased it, this does not ordinarily create an entitlement to reimbursement of the difference.
14. MANDATORY LEGAL RIGHTS
Nothing in this Policy is intended to waive, restrict or exclude consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or excluded.
Where applicable law expressly requires a refund, withdrawal right or other remedy, the relevant mandatory law will apply.
In all other circumstances, the ILLUMINATI NUO:
NO REFUND POLICY APPLIES.
15. ACCEPTANCE AT PAYMENT
By completing a purchase, the user confirms that they have reviewed the product or service, reviewed the price, authorized the payment, requested immediate digital performance where applicable and accepted this Payment & No Refund Policy.

UNUSED DIGITAL ACCESS DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY CREATE A REFUND RIGHT.
